To be in compliance, Ms. Balzer also needs to complete and record in MERIT the following: Recognizing Child Abuse & Neglect, Emergency Preparedness, Children Experiencing Homelessness, and Medication Management. Licensor observed that Director Cindy Balzer must complete and record in MERIT: Recognizing Child Abuse & Neglect, Emergency Preparedness, Children Experiencing Homelessness, and Medication Management.
